What storage providers does LogM support?

Currently, LogM supports AWS S3 for log storage. You can connect your S3 buckets to access and analyze your log files stored in the cloud. We're working on support for additional storage providers based on user demand.

Do I need to install anything?

No installation required! LogM is a cloud-based platform that works entirely through your web browser. Simply connect your existing log storage (like S3 buckets) and start analyzing immediately.

How do I configure my AI integration?

You can configure your AI integration in your account settings under 'AI Connections'. Simply add your preferred AI provider credentials and we'll securely store them for use with your log analysis jobs. Your credentials are encrypted and never shared.

What happens to my AI provider credentials?

Your AI provider credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We only use them to make API calls on your behalf when you run log analysis jobs. We never share your credentials with third parties or use them for any other purpose.

Can I use different AI providers?

Currently, LogM supports OpenAI for AI-powered analysis. We're working on support for additional AI providers based on user feedback and demand.

What are the different pricing plans?

LogM offers three main plans: Free ($0/month for 5 analyses), Analyst Plan ($99/month for unlimited analyses with up to 5 users), and Pro Plan ($249/month for unlimited analyses with up to 10 users, 20GB storage, and cross-departmental analysis). All plans include AI-powered analysis, timeline view, and basic support.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Unused analyses from higher-tier plans are carried over when you downgrade.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with LogM within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund. After the 30-day period, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.

What's included in the team plans?

Team plans include multiple user accounts, shared log sources, collaborative analysis, and team management features. The Analyst Plan supports up to 5 users, while the Pro Plan supports up to 10 users with additional features like cross-departmental analysis and 20GB of hosted storage.

How does team collaboration work?

Can I invite team members to my account?

Yes! If you're on a paid plan (Analyst or Pro), you can invite team members through the Team Management section. You can assign different roles (owner, admin, member) and control access to various features.

How many team members can I have?

The Analyst Plan supports up to 5 team members, while the Pro Plan supports up to 10 team members. All team members share the same plan features and limits.

Can team members have different access levels?

Currently, all team members have the same access level. Team management features are being developed and will be available in future updates.

What is cross-departmental analysis?

Cross-departmental analysis allows you to share logs from multiple storage connections across different departments or teams. When do plan upgrades take effect?

Plan upgrades take effect immediately! When you upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan, you get access to the new features right away. You'll be charged the full price of the new plan for the current billing period, and your next billing cycle will start from the upgrade date.

Do you charge the full price when I upgrade?

Yes, when you upgrade to a higher plan, you're charged the full price of the new plan. This is because you get immediate access to all the new features for the entire billing period. For example, if you upgrade from Analyst ($99) to Pro ($249), you'll be charged $249 and get Pro features immediately.

What happens when I downgrade my plan?

When you downgrade, your current plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until then. The new lower plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation.

How do I view my billing history and invoices?
